Program Registration

  • Corporate counsel registration is complimentary until October 9, and only $295 after that. Colleague attendance is encouraged.
  • Attorneys from your law firm are welcome to attend as long as they are accompanied by a PLAC member.
  • If you are bringing your spouse or significant other, there is a charge of $250 ($295 after October 9) to attend the social events. It does not cover participation in the conference itself.
  • Conference cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by October 9, 2018. A full refund will be given for cancellations received by this date. No refunds will be granted for requests received after this date, however you may transfer your registration to another attorney in your firm at any time, with prior approval from PLAC
  • Register on-line or complete the enclosed conference registration form and return it to the PLAC office with your payment. Checks and credit cards are accepted.
  • Upon registering, you will be added to the Fall 2018 Conference eGroup on PLAC.connect. Please check there for the latest updates, program materials and more. Simply log in to the PLAC website and follow the link on the homepage.

Hotel Reservations

PLAC's room block at the Monarch Beach Resort will sell out quickly, so if you have not yet made your reservation we encourage you to do it NOW.
  • Hotel Reservations: (949) 234-3460; be sure to ask for the PLAC rate of $325/night or click here to reserve online.
  • The reservation cut-off date is Saturday, September 29, 2018 – after this date any remaining rooms will be released for general sale, and the group rate will only be offered on a space-available basis.
  • Hotel Cancellation Information: Monarch Beach Resort’s cancellation policy is seven (7) days prior to arrival. Any cancellations inside of this period will be charged one (1) night's room and tax.
  • Resort Fees: Please note that there are daily charges of $13, in addition to a one-time porterage charge of $10 (round-trip), which are not included in the room rate. These charges provide amenities such as high-speed internet access, fitness center access (including classes), laundering of workout gear, house bikes, daily housekeeping gratuities, and local and toll-free calls.
