PLAC Room Block

PLAC has a room block at Stein Eriksen Lodge and also at the Lodge’s sister property, The Chateaux, which is located just across the street, within a short walk of the Lodge. Nestled in the heart of world-class Deer Valley Resort, each property offers iconic experiences, world-class amenities, and legendary service. Complimentary shuttle service is also available between the two properties, and room charges can be made across the two properties, regardless of which option you select.  There is also continuous shuttle service between the two properties.

Stein Eriksen Lodge

Utah's longest-running Five-Star hotel and spa, this European-style lodge is best known for legendary service, and warm ambiance.  The guest rooms are distributed across the property and some require climbing stairs to access.  If you require a room that is closer to the meeting space please note that when making your reservation.

The Chateaux Deer Valley

Steps away from Stein Eriksen Lodge, the Forbes Four-Star rated Chateaux offers understated elegance, exceptional cuisine, and so much more. The Chateaux offers a more traditional “hotel style” set-up with elevator access to sleeping rooms – this may be preferable if you are sensitive to altitude or wish to avoid stairs.

Hotel Cancelation Policy: A one-night deposit is due at the time of booking. Any cancellation made at least seven (7) days prior to arrival will have no penalty. Any reservation cancellation or modification within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the one-night deposit

Wednesday Activities

Wednesday, October 15 – 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Discover the trails in and around Park City! This guided hike will explore the beauty of the local area and is appropriate for all skill levels. The drive time to the trailhead is typically very short, averaging 10 minutes each direction. You can expect to be on the trail for 2 to 2.5 hours with a knowledgeable guide. Transportation and snacks are included.

Wednesday, October 15 – 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Park City has over 450 miles of single track trails, and they are waiting for you no matter your skill level. Jump on a full suspension Scott Genius bikes and discover the best trails on the best bikes. From rolling paved paths to challenging single track there are numerous options around town. Our tour provider will select an ideal ride for your experience and desires. This activity is recommended for all levels.

Wednesday, October 15 – 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Dive into the art of glassblowing with a private group class led by the skilled instructors at Red Flower Studios in Park City! Each guest will work with a glassblower to design and create your own unique piece of art. Each participant will be able to select between a hand-blown ornament, bud vase, or small bowl.

Friday, October 17 – 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM
This excursion is an excellent option for first timers and experienced anglers alike. Whether you are a seasoned fly fisher or a novice, this excursion will make your experience in Utah one to remember. Spend half a day fishing in the Provo or Weber River – both rivers hold a healthy population of Brown trout along with the occasional Rainbow and Cutthroat. This activity includes four hours on the river, five hours door to door. Gear, fishing license, and tackle and transportation are all included.

Friday, October 17 – 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Take a tour of the High West Distillery before heading off to their newest and most exclusive tasting room: The Whiskey Library, a haven for High West whiskey enthusiasts. This elegant space is home to the most extensive collection of rare and vintage High West whiskeys in the world. Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or a curious novice, you'll find something to pique your interest. Relax in the cozy ambiance, browse the collection, and perhaps even find a new favorite. As this experience concludes in a tasting room it’s 21+ only. Please bring a valid government-issued ID.
*Please note this experience involves multiple flights of stairs, including areas only accessible by stairs and as such is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
