PLAC Heavy Equipment Group

The newly formed PLAC Heavy Equipment Group held their inaugural breakfast meeting at the PLAC Spring Conference in Nashville last month. The new group, co-chaired by Robert Gilmartin of Tanenbaum Keale LLP and Matthew Hundley of Moran Reeves and Conn PC is open to all PLAC members involved in the design, manufacture, lease or sale of heavy equipment and machinery.  Its mission is to address leading issues in product liability extending beyond litigation defense to cultivating an environment of collaboration in pursuit of product safety, by understanding and improving the regulations, policies and standards pertaining to the design, manufacture, and sale of equipment.
