Reserve Your Hotel Room

PLAC room blocks traditionally sell out very quickly. To reserve your room, use the link below or call the hotel (615) 327-8000 and mention PLAC to take advantage of our room rate ($339 a night). Please note, PLAC's room block expires Wednesday, March 13 - please make your reservation before that time to secure your room.

When booking online, please follow these steps:

1.) Select the number of nights you wish to stay and then click the update button

2.) Select your arrival date only

3.) Your arrival and departure dates will be displayed and you can then confirm your registration

The PLAC group rate will be honored, based on availability, two days pre- and post- event dates. Should you wish to book outside of April 2-5, please call the hotel.

Please be aware that The Conrad has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled inside 48-hours prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit taken at the time of booking, equal to one night’s room and tax. Reservations cancelled outside of 48-hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund of their deposit.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a registration, please send a written request to Kimberly Condon, PLAC Executive Director, at kcondon@plac.com. A full refund will be provided only for written requests received on or before March 15, 2024. No refunds will be given after March 15, 2024.

GOLF OUTING - separate registration required

The golf event will take place at the Hermitage Golf Course, The President’s Reserve in Old Hickory, TN. Tee times begin at 10:15 AM, and for those opting to take organized transportation (including in the golf fee), departure from the hotel is it 9:00 AM.

The President’s Reserve, designed by architect Denis Griffiths (designer Atlanta’s Chateau Élan Resort Courses), trails through 300 acres of natural Tennessee wetlands and along the banks of the beautiful Cumberland River. Playing up to 7200 yards, The President’s Reserve can offer any golfer as much challenge as one might desire, yet be a pleasurable golfing experience for even the occasional golfer. The President’s Reserve has been recognized by Golf Digest Magazine as one of the Top 10 in Tennessee.

Whether you’re a longtime fan of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey or just interested in a focused distillery tour, Jack n’ Back offers a special inside look at the Old No. 7 brand. Join us for a day in historic Lynchburg and the full story of how the best selling American whiskey in the world grew from the one of the smallest counties in Tennessee.

Tour begins at 10:00 AM.
