Vehicle, Component, and Technology  (“VCT”) Group 

Formerly known as the CASE Mobility Group, the group has been reborn, refurbished, rescoped and rebranded as The Vehicle, Component, and Technology Group (“VCT Group”). Through the VCT Group’s collaborative platform, legal professionals can engage in informed discussions about product liability issues, regulatory compliance, and emerging legal challenges in the automotive industry. Our goal is to enhance the understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing vehicles, vehicle components, and vehicle technologies, fostering best practices, promoting innovation, and advocating for safety and consumer protection. Through shared expertise and dialogue, the VCT Group will support the advancement of sound legal strategies and influence positive outcomes for manufacturers, suppliers, consumers, and the industry as a whole.  Within this framework, the VCT Group will host webinars, present at PLAC conferences, hold meetings at PLAC-sponsored events, and initiate eGroup communications with interested members.  


The group is led by co-chairs Chad Lieberman, Burns, Figa & Will P.C. and Christopher Trent, Trent & Taylor, L.L.P.
