The Case Selection Committee met August 7th and selected one case for amicus briefing:

Bifolck v. Philip Morris USA (PLAC # 14-125) - PLAC will file an amicus brief as the CT Supreme Court considers the following certified question from the U.S. District Court : 

“Does section 402A of the Restatement (Second) of Torts (and Comment i to that provision) apply to a product liability claim for negligence under the CPLA?”
